Ingredients
- 80g of horseradish
- cream
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 20g of butter
- 3 tablespoons of vinegar
- salt to taste
1) Mix the flour with the cream and put it on the fire until it starts to boil.
2) Remove from heat and add horseradish, butter and vinegar to the mixture. Return to the fire until it boils again.
3) Serve with pasta with pumpkin seeds.
Pasta with pumpkin seeds cook in boiling water with the addition of salt and a little oil, for 2-3 minutes in an open container, stirring occasionally. When cooked, strain and serve with sauce.
