Chickpea crackers with black cumin flour

Ingredients for about 25 crackers:

  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 and a half tablespoons of black cumin flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons of water
  • cumin seeds for sprinkling

Preparation:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients and add oil and water
  2. Knead the dough into a ball
  3. Roll out the dough between the baking paper to a thickness of about 5 mm and cut into the desired shapes
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 10 min
