Red smoothie

Ingredients:
  • • 1 cup of water
  • • 3 oranges (peeled and sliced)
  • • 250 g of frozen red fruit (cherries, raspberries)
  • • 3 tablespoons of Strong 4 You protein
  • • 2 teaspoons of carob powder
  • • ¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper (you can leave it out if you are not a fan of spicy flavors)

As with any smoothie, mix the ingredients in a blender until you get the desired consistency.
