Hladna salata s tjesteninom i gorgonzolom

Cold salad with pasta and gorgonzola

Why do we love cold salads? Because we can add all the ingredients we like to them. Of course, you have to be careful about which foods and flavors you can combine so that the end result turns out just right.

Today we bring you an interesting combination that we often prepare, and now the only question is whether you like the foods that we have combined.

We use pasta with walnut flour, which we combine with gorgonzola, arugula, pear (oh yes, pears and walnuts are loved publicly..), toasted walnuts, sauce made of olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and other spices..

Ingredients

  • 250 g of pasta
  • 120 gr gorgonzola
  • two handfuls of arugula
  • sour pear
  • half a lemon juice
  • handful of toasted walnuts
  • cherry tomatoes
  • prosciutto or pancetta (quantity as desired)
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • sun
  • explained
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Origan

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. When the pasta has cooled, add the sauce made of olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, finely chopped garlic and juice of half a lemon. Mix well. You can just mix the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl, and you can process it a little on a pan for those who don't like fresh garlic crunching under their teeth. :)

Step 2

Squeeze a little more lemon, then add a diced pear (which goes well in salads with walnuts), toasted walnuts (5 minutes in a pan on a medium heat, stirring constantly, make sure they don't burn, because then they will lose the aroma you got by toasting wanted to achieve), arugula, tomatoes, prosciutto and diced gorgonzola.

Step 3

Mix the salad and taste. If you wish, you can add more spices that you feel are lacking. I added a little more salt and lemon juice, I put a lot of it in these salads because it goes well with all those flavors.

Enjoy your meal! :)
