- • 1 cup of water
- • 2 bananas cut into rings
- • 2 stalks of fresh celery
- • 3 softer dried figs
- • ½ tablespoon of finely grated fresh ginger
- • 1 tablespoon of dried fruit
- • 1-2 tablespoons of Strong 4 You protein
The "secret" ingredient of this smoothie is fresh ginger; although in small amounts, it is strong enough to bind all the other ingredients into a whole that will invigorate you in an instant.
Mix the ingredients in a blender until the mixture becomes creamy. If desired, add ice cubes when serving.
