HEALTHY HEART the package offers the preparation of dishes with oilseed rape and two preparations in which carefully selected plants are macerated in apricot and walnut oils and make an ideal natural and non-aggressive solution to help the heart and blood vessels.
Macerat 02 to help better supply the heart muscle (myocardium) with oxygen, a Macerat 03 to encourage better circulation. Anti-inflammatory nutrition will be achieved with help rapeseed oil , which is rich in omega-3 and the healthiest oil for frying, baking and cooking, without releasing harmful trans fats.
Macerat 02
Macerat 02 is an oil preparation in which ginger, parsley, cinnamon and hawthorn are soaked in apricot kernel oil, to strengthen the heart muscle in the most natural way. Apricot oil increases the supply of oxygen to the heart muscle (myocardium) and combines the effects of these four herbs in the best way. By taking 2-3 teaspoons a day (before meals), you get the best from the synergy of carefully selected herbs and apricot oil.
Macerat 03
Macerat 03 is an oil preparation in which thyme, rosemary, nettle and hawthorn are immersed in walnut kernel oil, for better circulation in the most natural way. Walnut oil acts as a "cleaner" of blood vessels and combines the effects of these four plants in the best way. One teaspoon before meals (2-3 times a day).
Rapeseed oil
Due to the high smoke point of over 155 degrees , rapeseed oil does not lose its nutritional properties and does not release harmful trans fats, which is why it is the best cold-pressed oil for frying, baking and cooking.
