Preparation of roasted red pepper sauce
- cup of rapeseed oil
- 1 cooking cream
- head of the bay
- 2 roasted peppers
- 150g of walnuts
- sun and sea
Mix all ingredients (except walnuts, pepper and salt) in a blender to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Mix walnuts, salt and pepper and place in the refrigerator to cool. Serve with aromatic walnut flour pasta.
Cook the pasta in boiling water with the addition of salt and a little oil. Cook in an open container for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Strain the cooked pasta and serve with the sauce.
