Delivery
During the processing of the shipment, the Customer receives a notification by e-mail about the status of his shipment.
Ordered items are sent by a suitable parcel service. The Seller reserves the right to choose the parcel service that it considers most suitable for delivery.
PARCEL DELIVERY TIME
All products that the Buyer places in the cart are sent within 36 hours on weekdays (from Monday to Friday). Orders received on Fridays after 12:00, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the first free business day following. The expected delivery time is usually 48 hours after the package is sent, except Saturdays and Sundays, for the entire territory of Croatia (except for islands and the Dubrovnik region, depending on the ferry schedule). For EU countries, the delivery time may be longer than 48 hours after the package is sent.
We reserve the right to postpone delivery within 10 business days, although this happens very rarely (in cases where, for example, we have a large load or an exceptionally large number of orders).
After the delivery company (delivery company) receives the shipment from the Seller, the Seller is no longer responsible for the further course of delivery and possible delays, as well as problems that may arise in connection with further handling and delivery of the goods.
If the Buyer does not receive a delivery notification after the shipment has been sent, within the expected time, the Buyer has the right to notify the Seller so that actions can be taken to locate the shipment or to send a replacement shipment.
In cases where the purchased product cannot be delivered within the specified period on the Seller's side, the Seller will immediately notify the Buyer upon learning of this using the contact information provided by the Buyer to agree on a new delivery date. In such a case, the Buyer also has the right to terminate the Agreement.
The products will be packaged in such a way that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport. The Buyer is obliged to check for any damage upon receipt of the product and immediately report it to the delivery person who delivered the package, or refuse to accept a shipment with visible external damage. The products are insured against loss during delivery.
If the products are sold out, the Seller will try to replenish the stock as soon as possible. If multiple products are ordered, the Seller does not guarantee that they will all arrive in the same package, but reserves the right to send the products separately, if necessary.
The products will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer in the delivery information. In the case of payment by cash on delivery, the payment address must not differ from the package pickup address. The Buyer must provide a valid delivery address, and the delivery method itself may vary depending on the product itself and the quantity of products ordered. The Seller will choose the shipping method that it considers best. Delivery is made to the entrance of the residential building at the specified address. If it is a residential building, the delivery person is not required to carry the goods to the floor on which the Buyer is located, but to the entrance to the building.
Upon delivery, along with the purchased product, the Buyer is required to receive an invoice and a confirmation or delivery note of receipt of the shipment, which he is required to sign, and which the delivery service takes as confirmation of receipt. By signing the confirmation of receipt of the shipment, it is considered that the product has been received without external visible damage.
If the Buyer refuses to receive the goods he ordered, the Seller has the right to subsequently request reimbursement from the Buyer of all costs related to delivery.
DELIVERY COST
The delivery cost, including packaging costs, is for all orders over €50.00 (refers to the total order amount after all calculated discounts and entered codes), which are made through our official www.maticnjakshop.com online store, free of charge for the entire territory of Croatia.
The delivery cost, including packaging costs, for all orders less than €50.00 (refers to the total order amount after all calculated discounts and entered codes) is €4.00 or €6.00 for the entire territory of Croatia. Delivery prices for certain European Union countries are displayed on the www.maticnjakshop.com website and include the applicable VAT. The delivery cost is stated in a separate item on the invoice.
15 DAYS TO RETURN ITEMS
In case of damage that occurred during transport, when visible on the packaging or immediately after opening the packaging, it is necessary to immediately report the damage to the courier upon receipt of the shipment or subsequently to the Seller with all the details after he has determined the error (within 72 hours from the date of receipt of the shipment) to the e-mail: info@maticnjak.hr. The Seller is not obliged to accept notifications and complaints that are submitted outside the time frame of 72 hours from the date of receipt of the shipment.
The Buyer has the right to exchange or return the goods within 15 days in the following cases:
Delivery of goods that were not ordered (a product different from the one purchased by the Buyer was delivered, or the quantity does not correspond to the ordered one), delivery of goods that have an error or damage that did not occur during transport right to return without stating the reason. The Seller will approve the exchange or return of the goods to the Buyer after receiving a justified complaint by e-mail, telephone or in writing (with instructions for returning the goods). In the event of the impossibility of delivering other goods, the Seller will compensate the Buyer for the value of the goods that it is no longer able to deliver in the amount of the paid price of the product.
The costs of returning the products are borne by the Buyer.
The Buyer is obliged to return the delivered products in the condition in which they were delivered and in the original packaging (commercial packaging in which the goods were delivered) with the invoice.
If the Buyer, through his own mistake, orders a product/s different from the one he wanted, the Seller will exchange the product for the Buyer (only if the products are unopened and unused by the Buyer) at the request and expense of the Buyer with an additional charge, or a refund in the event of any cost differences.
Ownership of the product/s passes to the Buyer only when the Seller receives full payment, including delivery costs. From the moment of taking ownership of the product, and in the event that the Buyer wishes to return/replace the product for any reason, he is obliged to take care of the product with good housekeeping practices.
If the delivery terms specified in this public notice do not suit the Buyer, the Buyer is not obliged to make the purchase, but in the event of making the purchase, the Seller considers that the Buyer has read the given terms and conditions and agreed to them.
