Čišćenje od parazita - kako, kada i zašto?

Cleaning from parasites - when, how and why?

A relatively high percentage of people carry parasites inside them. Of the 3,200 known species of parasites, more than 1,000 of them can live in the human body. We can only test for 50 to 60 species, which means that the vast majority of parasites can go undetected. They usually settle inside the body with contaminated water and food, while people suffering from autoimmune diseases, unbalanced intestinal flora and leaky gut syndrome are more sensitive to their presence. Although the definition of parasite actually refers to many microbes, including bacteria, fungi, and viruses, doctors use the term " parasites " to refer to the three main classes of parasites that can cause disease in humans: protozoa, helminths, and ectoparasites. Protozoa and helminths greatly affect the functioning of the intestine, while ectoparasites include lice and mites that can attach to the skin or "burrow" into the skin, remaining there for a long time. The most common parasites are actually microscopic. Amoebas, flukes and spirochetes are so small that they cannot be seen with the naked eye . And candida can be considered a parasite - anything that uses our body and has a life of its own should be considered part of this category.

Many naturopaths believe that parasites are at the root of many types of disease and it is suspected that infection rates are probably much higher than the data suggest.

Symptoms caused by parasites can range from mild to very severe, depending on the type of organism and the individual affected. People with weakened immune systems or other gastrointestinal problems are at the highest risk of developing serious illnesses when they come into contact with the parasite.

Common symptoms and signs include:

  • Bloating, constipation, stomach upset, gas, diarrhea
  • Difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep
  • Chronic unexplained fatigue or exhaustion
  • Anemia caused by iron deficiency
  • Unexplained rash, hives or eczema or other skin irritation
  • You never feel full or satisfied after a meal
  • Grinding teeth in sleep

Indigestion and diarrhea are common symptoms of amoeba, and constipation often indicates hookworm (as well as lung and sinus congestion, which usually goes hand in hand with a blocked digestive system). Even ordinary gas can be caused by amoeba or candida. The skin is the largest organ for detoxification, so worms often cause rashes and psoriasis as the healthy body tries to rid itself of the parasite's toxicity. Joint pain and rheumatoid arthritis can be caused by tissue parasites, and bad breath is another major indicator of parasitic infection. Fatigue, exhaustion and brain fog are also common symptoms of parasites. Fatigue and lack of libido can also lead to depression, anger and neurological problems.

Causes

Parasitic infections are a very common phenomenon that is often overlooked when diagnosing and treating people with common health conditions. Traditionally, it was thought that you could only contract parasites while traveling to developing or third world countries, but this is not true. You can get parasites by eating undercooked meat and pork, contaminated products, from a lake, stream or river, walking barefoot on soil where animals have defecated, from close contact with animals, even pets.

Cleansing from parasites

What is a parasite cleanse?

A parasite cleanse is usually a combination of herbal supplements and/or diet, designed to rid your system of parasites. If you're hoping to simply kill the parasites and end your symptoms, you're likely to be disappointed. Parasitic infection is almost always part of a much larger picture of incompatibility. Improving your overall gut health, your immune system and other body systems will give any parasite cleanse a much better chance of working.

In general, a parasite cleanse should include an antimicrobial herb or combination of herbs and some other supplements to support your gut throughout the cleanse. Examples of research-backed herbs include: sweet wormwood, black walnut, clove, wormwood, anise, and berberine.

What should you base your diet on during the parasite cleanse?

At Matičnjak, we always recommend a diet rich in nutrients, consisting of whole foods. This is because our body is designed to feed that way.

During a parasite cleanse, a whole foods diet that includes lots of fiber and plant chemicals is more important than ever, as processed foods and sugars promote the dysbiosis that often accompanies parasite infections. It is extremely important to take care of prebiotics during the parasite cleansing protocol, because they will feed the good bacteria and restore harmony in the digestive system with the help of medicinal herbs.

Prebiotics that must be included in the diet during the parasite cleansing protocol are found in broccoli, garlic, couscous, lentils, dandelion salad, onions, asparagus, oats, barley, apples and cocoa. Unsaturated fatty acids from cold-pressed oils also have prebiotic effects. During the protocol, take prebiotics from all the sources mentioned, and after the protocol, the diet should continue to be on the prebiotic regime, which includes prebiotics from bananas, watermelon, red beans, peaches, mushrooms, chickpeas and rye. And let all prebiotic sources be included in your diet forever.

Prebiotics are a group of nutrients that are broken down by intestinal microbiota. Their relationship with overall human health has been an area of fantastic discovery in recent years. Intestinal microbiota is involved in essential functions for maintaining health, such as the development of the immune system, proper intestinal function in digestion, maintaining the integrity of the intestinal barrier, metabolic homeostasis, vitamin production, synthesis of amino acids and neurotransmitters, bile acid metabolism, protective functions. Prebiotics as indigestible carbohydrates can greatly modify the composition and function of the intestinal microbiota. They can selectively affect the intestinal microbiota, suppress pathogens by inducing some immunomodulatory molecules with antagonistic effects against pathogens. In translation, they have a personalized effect on the microbiota in our intestines, and design the microbiota exactly according to our measurements. Also, the molecules created by the breakdown of prebiotics and postbiotics are small enough to enter the bloodstream through the intestines, exerting their protective mechanism on distant organs and systems. Considering the ability to influence the function of distant organs and systems, the intestinal microbiota in many ways resembles an endocrine organ. The microbiota has the ability to produce a wide range of hormone-like compounds that play an important role in regulating the activity of distal organs, including the brain. Unlike other endocrine organs, the microbiota has intense plasticity and can change dramatically and rapidly in response to diet.

On the other hand, it should be known that taking into account the diversity of intestinal microbiota in different populations and countries, and even in individuals , probiotics for the modification of microbiota hemostasis are not the number one choice. Bacterial strains are so genetically different from each other and everyone has a different gut microbiota, and there will never be a one-size-fits-all probiotic. There are many different types of probiotics that can have different effects on the body, and little is known about which types are best. So a diet based on prebiotics is the only way to correctly balance your personal microbiota, in order to influence overall health.

Then, in addition to prebiotics, it is extremely important to consume proteins from quality meat and eggs , which contain the best ratio of essential amino acids. Egg white is considered an ideal source of protein because it contains all the essential amino acids in the right proportions, which is fantastic. More than half of the total fat in the egg is unsaturated fatty acids, which will reduce inflammation . Eggs are also a very good source of choline, lutein, iron, riboflavin (vitamin B 2 ), folic acid, biotin, vitamin B 12 , vitamin D and vitamin E . Iron in egg yolk, just like iron in meat, has high bioavailability; therefore, the egg is recommended for groups at risk of iron deficiency, which is a very common occurrence in parasitic infections.

What herbal preparations can you use to cleanse from parasites?

Macerat 13, Macerat 14, Granulat sikavica and Piskavica Plus are used from Matičnjak's products for cleaning from parasites.

Cleansing from parasites must always include the nutritional guidelines that we mentioned in the text before (prebiotics from fruits and vegetables, unsaturated fatty acids, proteins and eggs) and eliminate trans fats and simple sugars - snacks, sweets and alcohol, and reduce pasta and bread.

Macerat 14 is a combination of cold-pressed oil of black cumin and sweet wormwood, and people have traditionally used it for the protection and treatment of all kinds of infections - viral, bacterial, fungal, parasitic as well as mutagenic pathogens. It is most often used during seasonal respiratory infections, during autumn and winter. In the protocol for cleansing from parasites, take a teaspoon in the morning and evening before a meal.

Macerat 13 is a preparation intended for powerful cleansing of pathogens, and it is made of selected medicinal herbs that affect parasites - wormwood, black walnut, cloves in cold-pressed walnut oil. Cold-pressed walnut oil as a carrier for these medicinal herbs and their active substances is also a prebiotic, the importance of which we described earlier in cleaning from parasites and intestinal microbiota. Wormwood, black walnut and clove clean parasites gently but thoroughly, and these plant species are supported by research that confirms their anti-parasitic effect (1, 2,3).

Macerat 13 is taken three times a day, one teaspoon after a meal (one teaspoon after breakfast, after lunch and dinner) for 42 days continuously.

We use sikavic granulate as supportive therapy during cleaning. It contains the silymarin complex, soluble and insoluble fibers to promote the cleansing of the entire organism - liver, colon and blood vessels. The silymarin complex is a combination of flavonolignans and flavonoids, the flavonoids of which, among other things, show antiparasitic activity (4). Silymarin protects the liver from toxins and thereby acts as a tonic that reduces antioxidant stress and exerts an immunomodulatory function.

If you decide to use sikavica granulate in your parasite cleansing protocol, use it in the morning on empty stomach, mix a teaspoon in a little kefir and eat it, repeat the same last thing before going to bed.

Fenugreek Plus is a preparation made from fenugreek seeds, which are rich in iron, calcium, phosphorus and vitamins, oats with sprouts and seeds, turmeric and black grape skin. Fenugreek as a medicinal plant has been used since ancient times as an expectorant, laxative and as a means of controlling blood sugar levels. This preparation can be your prebiotic food supplement, with which you will strengthen the prebiotic diet and add important nutrients during the cleansing protocol, such as fiber, iron and other plant chemicals. Considering that fenugreek is a thermogenic plant, by taking it you will improve the absorption of vitamins and minerals in the body, which is again extremely important for those suffering from parasitic infections where a lack of essential vitamins and minerals has been observed.

Take fenugreek Plus twice a day, whisk a teaspoon at a time into porridge, smoothie, shake or kefir, 30 minutes before meals and eat.
