HEMP PASTA WITH PISTACHIO SAUCE
Preparation time: 15 minutes
2/3 cup pistachios
2 bunches of fresh basil
3 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you get a smooth mixture. Cook the hemp pasta (cooking time 2-3 minutes) and mix with the sauce. Enjoy!

½ cup of lemon juice

2 bananas cut into rings

3 softer dried figs
1 tablespoon of dried fruit
1-2 tablespoons of Strong 4 You protein
Mix the ingredients in a blender until the mixture becomes creamy. If desired, add ice cubes when serving.
