Five Tibetan oil is a combination of five types of cold-pressed oils that offers a perfect balance of the scientifically recommended ratio of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids.

We are witnessing a disturbed balance in the intake of essential fatty acids omega-6 and omega-3, which we must enter the body with food. For years, this fact has encouraged the search for the so-called good fats, especially cold-pressed vegetable oils.

That's why Five Tibetans oil is a mixture of cold-pressed oils that offers a new measure of good health with the recommended ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 (3:1) and omega-9 fatty acids. The exceptional value of this oil is given by the very rare and extremely useful omega-5 fatty acid from pomegranate oil as well as squalene from amaranth oil.

By combining these cold-pressed oils, not only a new taste is obtained, but also better nutritional properties, as well as better stability of the oil.

What science says

  • Pomegranate oil provides a daily dose of very rare i extremely useful omega-5 fatty acids , also known as punicic acid, one of the most potent antioxidants gifted to us by mother nature (1). In addition to punicic acid, it contains a handful of other bioactive substances (1).

  • Amaranth oil and the high concentration of squalene is another tool in this arsenal of healthy oils that potentiates the human body's natural ability to regenerate. Squalene is also produced naturally by our liver. However, as we age, the production of squalene decreases, and amaranth oil contains it the highest level of squalene in nature . It's amaranth a good source of antioxidants and studies show that reduces several markers of inflammation (2).
  • Sikavic oil it is rich in essential fatty acids, phospholipids, sterols and vitamin E, which are all powerful antioxidants . Aging is a biological process characterized by a general and progressive decline of physiological functions, especially of the brain and liver (3). The free radical theory of aging suggests that increased free radicals may contribute to the incidence of age-related degenerative diseases (4,5,6). Sycamore oil can alleviate lipid peroxidation, restore the activities of antioxidant enzymes, modulate the expression of factors associated with apoptosis (programmed cell death) and alleviate mitochondrial damage (7).
  • Walnut oil is the essence of the healthiest nuts in the world and walnuts they contain more nutrients and antioxidants than all other types of nuts . Studies suggest that by cold pressing, walnut oil retains substances necessary for health. Cold-pressed walnut oil contains vitamin K, vitamin E, choline, phosphorus, zinc and selenium. Selenium supports good thyroid function and reduces the risk of cognitive decline and cardiovascular disease (8,9) Most of the fat in walnut oil contains an omega-3 fatty acid called alpha-linolenic acid. This "good fat" can reduce the risk of developing heart disease when it is part of your daily diet. Scientists think it's because omega-3s can lower cholesterol levels , helping your keep the arteries clean and functioning well (10). Walnuts also reduce levels of triglycerides, a type of fat associated with a higher risk of heart disease, heart attack, and stroke (11). One study even found that walnut oil can help the body cope better with stress by maintaining it stable level of blood pressure and lowering the load on the heart (12).
  • Wild flax oil ( Camelina sativa ) has a wide and safe range of effects on the entire organism. Research has shown and proven that wild flax oil contains 33-40% alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an essential omega-3 fatty acid known for improving eye health and brain health and development in infants and children (Belayneh, Wehling, Cahoon, & Ciftci, 2015), as well as reducing the risk of hypertension (Chiu, Klein, Milton, Gensler, & Taylor, 2009; Gogus and Smith 2010).
