Preparation of pickle sauce:
- 1 cup of cooking cream
- 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoons of fresh parsley
- 5 pieces of pickles
Finely chop the pickles, garlic and parsley. Mix cooking cream, mayonnaise and put on a low heat until it boils. Remove from heat and add cucumbers, garlic and parsley. Add salt as desired and serve with hazelnut pasta. Cook the pasta in boiling water with the addition of salt and a little oil. Cook in an open container for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Strain the cooked pasta and serve with the sauce.
