During the course, Macerat 14 is taken 1 teaspoon (5 ml = 30 drops) twice a day (best in the morning after breakfast, and in the evening before dinner.).

Lautus (Macerat 13) is also taken 1 teaspoon per day - once a day after a meal (after dinner), while sikavica granulate is taken daily in an amount of 10 g (1 teaspoon = 5 g) which is spread over two occasions: 5 g in the morning on an empty stomach and 5g in the evening before going to bed (after Macerat 13).

Sikavica granules are taken by mixing them in a glass of water or unsweetened juice, although it is best to chew them "dry" on their own for better absorption!

Notes: It is recommended to be taken as a 6-week antiparasitic course, twice a year. When taking Macerat 13, we recommend avoiding carbohydrates such as simple sugars. During the cure, yeast, vinegar, mushrooms and alcohol should not be consumed at all.

Recommendations: During the cure, it is recommended to include as many nutritionally rich foods as possible in the diet, especially fermented foods such as yogurt and kefir. All other food supplements (e.g. vitamin C, B complex, cold pressed oils, etc.) are welcome.

Warnings: Recommended daily doses should not be exceeded. It is not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under 12 years of age. When cleaning from parasites, side effects are possible in the form of digestive disorders, it can lead to constipation (constipation), diarrhea, gas. People taking medication should consult a doctor before taking it.

The reason for all this is that fungi and parasites like sweets, that is, they feed on sugar, and the goal of the cure is to starve them, and destroy them completely with macerates. Therefore, it is recommended to include as many nutritionally rich foods as possible in the diet, especially fermented foods such as yogurt and kefir, which will help build a healthy intestinal flora and balance the body's internal biosystem. Thus, the so-called benign bacteria from yogurt and kefir displace the bad ones (fungi), help digestion, strengthen immunity and stop sugar cravings.
