Ingredients
- 80g of horseradish
- cooking cream
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 20g of butter
- 3 tablespoons of vinegar

1) Mix the flour with the cream and put it on the fire until it starts to boil.
2) Remove from heat and add horseradish, butter and vinegar to the mixture. Return to the fire until it boils again.
3) Serve with pasta with pumpkin seeds.
Cook pasta with pumpkin seeds in boiling water with the addition of salt and a little oil, for 2-3 minutes in an open bowl, stirring occasionally. When cooked, strain and serve with sauce.
