Hepta sana  ( lat. "Healthy liver" )  is a functional honey in which sika seeds, fenugreek seeds, turmeric and flower honey have been added.

Silymarin from sycamore, organic iron from fenugreek and curcumin from turmeric.

• It contains active plant compounds known as silymarin. It is known that silymarin from sycamore has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antiviral effects (1,2,3).  

• because of its potential, silymarin is used as a complementary therapy by people who have liver damage due to conditions such as alcoholic liver disease, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and hepatitis (4,5,6).
