Ingredients for about 25 crackers:
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 and a half tablespoons of black cumin flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of water
- cumin seeds for sprinkling
Preparation:
- Mix all dry ingredients and add oil and water
- Knead the dough into a ball
- Roll out the dough between the baking paper to a thickness of about 5 mm and cut into the desired shapes
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 10 min
