Pasta with sesame in an aromatic sauce


  • 200g Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of cooking cream
  • 1 tablespoon of flax, sesame and sunflower seeds
  • a little bit of oregano and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of cold-pressed oil (rapeseed, hemp or olive)

1) Fry the seeds briefly in a bowl (just until they turn brown and release their aroma). In another bowl, add cheese, cream, a spoonful of oil and fried seeds.

2) Mix everything well and mash with a fork, add salt and pepper

3) Cook the pasta in boiling water with the addition of salt and a little oil. Cook in an open container for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4) Strain and serve with pasta.
