Ingredients for 3-4 servings:
- 350g of pasta (with sesame flour)
- 200g baby spinach
- 1 red onion
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- Sun, father
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Preparation:
1) Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package
2) Sauté the red onion in a little oil in a pan, then add the spinach, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and sauté until the spinach wilts.
3) Put cashews, a pinch of salt, 1 clove of garlic, lemon juice in a blender and blend until a nice smooth mixture is obtained
4) Mix the pasta, spinach, and sauce
