An invigorating smoothie

Ingredients:
  • • 1 cup of water
  • • 2 bananas cut into rings
  • • 2 stalks of fresh celery
  • • 3 softer dried figs
  • • ½ tablespoon of finely grated fresh ginger
  • • 1 tablespoon of dried fruit
  • • 1-2 tablespoons of Strong 4 You protein

The "secret" ingredient of this smoothie is fresh ginger; although in small amounts, it is strong enough to bind all the other ingredients into a whole that will invigorate you in an instant.
Mix the ingredients in a blender until the mixture becomes creamy. If desired, add ice cubes when serving.
