Today we bring you an idea for a very nice lunch.
Maticjak pasta with hemp we combined it with sun mushrooms (you can also use other mushrooms...) and vegetables.
The main flavor is in the pasta and the filling, and the whole story will be rounded off by a nice béchamel sauce or cooking cream, depending on what you prefer in your kitchen.
- 1 large onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 500 g of sunflower seeds
- spice mix
- béchamel (or cooking cream)
- melting cheese
Sauté the onion in butter, add salt. When the onion has softened, put the sliced mushrooms on the strips and bake them for about 15 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, add the red and green peppers, deliberately only towards the end so that they are felt in the dish. Remove from heat.
Cook the pasta in half. Strain. Coat the refractory bowl with béchamel so that the pasta does not stick to you.
Put the first layer of pasta, then the béchamel and the mushrooms and vegetables from the pan. Next is the remaining layer of pasta, the rest of the béchamel (the more, the juicier) and grated melted cheese on top.
