  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 banana cut into rings
  • 2 tablespoons of Strong 4 You protein
  • 2 tablespoons of dried fruit (goji berries are recommended for those who want to be in top shape)
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.

Simple and delicious, this smoothie is equally good as the first morning meal, and will best refresh you after a hard training session and other physical efforts.
