Recipe
RECIPE FOR TASTY BREAD WITH HEMP FLOUR AND SEEDS
- 400 g of wholemeal flour
- 160-190 g of hemp flour (10-15% of the total amount of flour)
- 50 g of sunflower seeds
- 50 g of sesame
- 1 soup spoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 soup spoon of dry yeast powder
- 1 tablespoon of cold-pressed hemp oil
- 1-2 dcl of lukewarm water
Bread with wholemeal flour and hemp flour is a little darker than usual, but also much healthier!
