Sesame pasta with asparagus and tofu


  • 1 packet of sesame flour pasta
  • bundle of asparagus (approx. 200g)
  • a tablespoon of pickled capers
  • olive oil
  • 1 young onion
  • cca 300g tofu 
  • several cherry tomatoes
  • zucchini flowers
  • juice of lemons
  • salt, pepper, chili pepper (optional), marjoram, basil


1) In heated olive oil, briefly fry finely chopped spring onion with a little salt, add capers and add diced tofu. 

2) Add chopped asparagus and marjoram, mix well. Now is a good time to add chili peppers if desired. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the pan, then add the lemon juice, mix and add the zucchini cut into small cubes. Season as desired.

3) Add the cooked pasta (approx. 2 minutes) to the pan and mix everything well and leave for a few minutes. 

4) Serve with freshly torn basil
