Pasta with chia seeds with tuna sauce


  • soy or regular cream
  • dry herbs (tomatoes, olives...)
  • teaspoon of turmeric
  • smoked tuna (can also be canned)
  • sun in the mouth
  • a teaspoon of oil (rapeseed or olive)
  • pasta with chia seeds

1)  Add the herbs to the oil, which must be poured with a spoonful of water and mixed (so that the dry herbs soften a little). A minute later, add the cream, a teaspoon of turmeric and salt and let it boil.

2)  Remove from the heat and mix a can of smoked tuna into the sauce. 

3)  Cook the pasta in boiling water with salt and a little oil for 2-3 minutes in an open bowl, stirring occasionally.

4) Cooked, strain and serve topped with sauce. If desired, we suggest an arugula salad as a side dish.
