What science says
Better wild flax flour is extremely stable due to natural tocopherol (1) (high level of vitamin E). It is rich in protein (2) and fiber (3), thus ensuring satiety and improving digestion. It is a source of omega 3-6-9 polyunsaturated fatty acids, EPA and DHA (4) and is extremely rich in alpha-linolenic polyunsaturated fatty acid and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA).
