Our famous ambassador of health – black cumin, in this maceration is enhanced with basil, nettle, fennel, chokeberry and ginger. This oil preparation has an immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory effect and increases energy and strengthens immunity. 

One teaspoon before meals (2-3 times a day). 

Sikavic granulate

It is a natural source of silymarin, which helps the effective restoration of the liver and acts as a powerful antioxidant. It contains a high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids, supports the proper functioning of the metabolism and maintains a normal level of cholesterol in the blood. 

Mix two teaspoons a day into yogurt, fruit juice or porridge for easier consumption. During digestion, it is important to crush the granules with your teeth so that the silymarin complex works faster and better on the restoration of the liver and the detoxification of the entire organism. 

Cold pressed wild flax oil 250 ml

This wonderful golden oil is one of the best plant sources of essential acids and omega-3 fatty acids that have an effective effect on eye health and brain function. This oil also reduces the risk of hypertension and certain types of cancer and lowers the total level of LDL cholesterol. In addition to all these benefits, wild flax oil is rich in antioxidants that reduce inflammation, especially in the cardiovascular system. 

One teaspoon 2-3 times a day, alone or with a meal.
