What science says
Mallow is one of the most promising medicinal plant species. In medicine and phytotherapy, the flower of black mallow is used as an antiseptic for the reproductive system, for the treatment of aphthae, colds, constipation, asthma, otitis, colic, abdominal pain, as an astringent, antiseptic, for swellings, ulcers and abscesses (1). Although the whole plant has therapeutic properties, the leaves and flowers show the most significant pharmacological activities, due to the presence of mucilage and flavonoids (2), useful for the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders, respiratory diseases and urological problems (3,4).
Black cumin seeds participate in the process of immune regulation - the conclusion of research is that black cumin increases the activity of T-lymphocytes and NK cells that create a natural defense mechanism against viruses, bacteria and fungi (5,6,7,8 ,9).
Desert mulberry is a medicinal plant that in our region is most often recommended for diseases of the respiratory system - hoarseness, tonsillitis, colds, coughs, asthma or bronchitis (10).

Smog, gases, bronchitis, the feeling that you cannot breathe fully, smoking or generally poor air quality indicate that it is important to protect lung function. Very often we are not nor are we aware that we do not have full lung capacity. According to the pharmacopoeia, mallow, mullein and honey are used for the respiratory system, but it is also important to go outside and move You should be encouraged to urgently resolve this situation."
