Sesame pasta with asparagus and tofu

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of pasta with sesame flour
  • bunch of asparagus (approx. 200g)
  • soup spoon of pickled capers
  • olive oil
  • 1 spring onion
  • approx. 300g of tofu
  • a few cherry tomatoes
  • half a zucchini
  • juice of half a lemon
  • salt, pepper, chili pepper (optional), marjoram, basil

Procedure:

1) In heated olive oil, briefly fry finely chopped spring onions with a little salt, add capers and add diced tofu.

2) Add chopped asparagus and marjoram, mix well. Now is a good time to add chili peppers if desired. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the pan, then add the lemon juice, mix and add the zucchini cut into small cubes. Season as desired.

3) Add the cooked pasta (about 2 minutes) to the pan, mix everything well and let it cook for a few minutes.

4) Serve with freshly torn basil
