Dressing with miso
Ingredients:
  • • 1/3 cup of water
  • • ½ cup of hemp oil
  • • juice of one lemon
  • • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • • 1 tablespoon of miso
Simple dressing
Ingredients:
  • • 1 small cup of hemp oil
  • • ½ cup of lemon juice
  • • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • • 1.5 teaspoons of herbs (e.g. Mediterranean)
  • • ½ teaspoon of salt
Dressing with olives
Ingredients:
  • • ½ cup of water
  • • ½ cup of oil
  • • ¼ cup of lemon juice
  • • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • • ½ teaspoon of dry rosemary
  • • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • • ¼ cup fresh basil
  • • ½ cup of chopped olives

Mix all ingredients except basil and olives in a blender. Add olives and basil and pour over the salad.

There are countless combinations of ingredients for salads, but the dressing is what puts the dot on the "i" and makes them special. The gentle touch of hemp oil in combination with herbs, lemon and a few other things brings new, fine and healthy experiences to our plate. We suggest several combinations.
