- • 2 large fresh peppers (preferably yellow)
- • 2 fresh cucumbers
- • ½ bunch of fresh parsley leaves
- • 3-5 leaves of kale
- • 2 peeled apples
- • juice of one lemon
- • 1 tablespoon of hemp oil
An unusual but very good (mostly) green combination can become your favorite small liquid meal.
Chop the vegetables and the apple, then mix all the ingredients in a blender.
