Ingredients:
- 2 cups of corn flour
- 1 cup of white spelt flour
- 2 tablespoons of black cumin flour
- 200 g yogurt (soy)
- 100 ml of water
- 2 eggs
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- half a bag of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Preparation:
- Mix all the dry ingredients.
- Mix yogurt, eggs, oil and water and add to dry ingredients.
- Combine everything and pour into an oiled mold.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 40 minutes.
