Ingredients:
- 250 g buckwheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of wild flax flour
- 180 g of soy yogurt
- 30 g of dried tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- half a teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- a little olive oil
Preparation:
- Mix all dry ingredients (except oregano)
- Add yogurt and knead the dough into a ball, roll it out to a thickness of 1 cm and cut it into cubes with a diameter of about 8 cm
- Arrange in a baking tray on baking paper, coat with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano
- Bake in a preheated oven at about 180 °C for about 15 min
