Aromatični krekeri - kruščići

Aromatic crackers - pears

Ingredients:

  • 250 g buckwheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of wild flax flour
  • 180 g of soy yogurt
  • 30 g of dried tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • half a teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • a little olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients (except oregano)
  2. Add yogurt and knead the dough into a ball, roll it out to a thickness of 1 cm and cut it into cubes with a diameter of about 8 cm
  3. Arrange in a baking tray on baking paper, coat with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at about 180 °C for about 15 min
